DGY series 3-in-1 filling machine is the perfect combination of bottle washing machine,
pressure filling machine and capping machine. As an efficient liquid packing
machine, it has such features as follows:

1) Bottles are fed with air conveyer and transported by clapping the bottle neck
and putting out with conveyor chain plates. It is easy to change the bottle type
 

2) Frequency conversional motor + PLC + touch screen with interaction of human-machine
interface. Production speed, shift output and alarm in fault conditions are
shown on the screen. The operation is simple and visual

3) The machine is equipped with stainless steel shield and safeguard door made of
organic glass, equipped with safety electric switch; the machine will automatically
stop working when the door is opened. The handle switch and scram buttons are
equipped at the four corners of the machine 

4) Bottle claps are made of stainless steel and available with bottle-necks to avoid
neck pollution 

5) All parts connecting with liquid material, such as filling cylinders and filling
valves, are made of corrosion resistant material that comply with sanitation
requirements

6) Filling under pressure with high speed and accuracy guarantee the filling quality

7) Cap grasped with "Puk and Place" mode. The magnetic force torsional moment structure
has torsional moment scale and can be adjusted conveniently 

8) There is a stopper on the slide way of caps, which can stop and remove the conversed
caps. There are detectors on the cap magazine and slide way to detect the
quantity and position of caps for automatically control of the operation speed
of cap conveyor and the machine. This machine may stop to alarm when there are a
few caps or none on the slide way. The unit also has the function to stop supply
of caps if no bottles are conveyed 

9) There are detectors for bottle input condition, output condition and blocking
condition. The machine may speed down or stop when the quantity of the fed bottles
is reduced or there is no bottle to feed, or the bottles are blocked before output
